A man was in need of a worry
for people to think he was sorry.
So he bought a car
to be the street star,
and it was not half full, that lorry!
| They say | a limerick is a short poem of five lines written in amphibrach. They say amphibrack is a metrical foot used in prosody where a stressed syllable is situated between two unstressed syllables. The limerick should be humorous. The rhyme scheme should be
| aabba |.
The 1st, 2nd and 5th line should have three feet and the 3rd and 4th line, being shorter, should have two feet.
Limerick is a town in Ireland.
